MacPherson is a full service academic facility for grades 5-12 that works with both full-time and part-time students. We offer a chapter of The National Beta Club, do recored keeping, Prom, Graduation and transcripts for college for full-time students. We meet and exceed the Kentucky pre-college curriculum. Check out the website for teacher biographies and more information. Classes start the Tuesday after Labor Day.

The Danville School is a cottage school starting January 8, 2008 in Danville, Ky. Classes will meet Tuesday & Wednesday from 8:30-3:00 & Thursday will be planned field trips and outside learning. The rest of the days are for family learning. We will serve children age 5-11. We have a strong academic focus with an emphasis on keeping children engaged in learning through multiple modes of teaching. This school year the cost is $160 per month through May. Supply Fee TBD. INFORMATIONAL MEETING DECEMBER 8, 2007 2:30pm-3:00pm at COMMUNITY ARTS CENTER.

I am a temporary provisionially certified teacher for elementary children with learning disabilities. I have completed my Masters Degree in Special Education with a specialty in learning and behavior disorders. I have three years of classroom teaching experience and will be fully certified by the end of the 2007-2008 school year. I am looking to tutor elementary age children with learning disabilities and/or difficulties in reading, math, spelling, etc.
